Terms of Use
The rules for using FeeDesk, in plain words. Your licence comes from Apple's Standard EULA.

Agreement
By using FeeDesk you agree to these Terms. Your licence to use the app comes from the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), linked in Settings. These Terms add to it. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
What the app does
FeeDesk helps you keep records of students, classes, attendance, fees and expenses, and create receipts and reminders. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not process, hold or transfer money, and it is not a bank, payment service or accounting service.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for confirming that a payment was really received before recording it, for the messages you send, for having permission to store student and guardian details, and for following the laws that apply to your teaching, including tax, invoicing and privacy rules.
Fees, late fees and reminders
You set your own fees and rules. Calculations in the app are based on what you enter, so check them before relying on them. Send reminders only to people you have a real relationship with, and respect anyone who asks you to stop.
Receipts and reports
Receipts and reports are for your convenience. They may not meet tax invoice requirements where you are. Ask a qualified adviser about your obligations.
Backups and sync
Your data lives on your device and, with iCloud Sync on, in your iCloud. Sync is not a backup: a deletion on one device is deleted everywhere. Making and keeping backup files is your responsibility.
FeeDesk Pro
The free plan has limits on students and classes and leaves out some features. FeeDesk Pro removes them. It is sold as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase, at the price shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings under your Apple Account. If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you subscribe. Apple handles all billing and refund requests.
If Pro ends
Your records are never deleted or locked. You keep everything you added and can still view, edit, back up and export it. You can't add students or classes above the free limits, and Pro features switch off until you subscribe again.
Third-party services
UPI apps, WhatsApp, Messages and Mail are not ours. We are not responsible for them or for payments made through them. Always check that a payment arrived.
Acceptable use
Don't use FeeDesk for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to store information you have no right to keep.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ahsan MT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost income, data or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Apple
These Terms are between you and Ahsan MT, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to provide maintenance or support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of the Standard EULA.
Changes and ending
We may update these Terms, and the latest version is always in Settings. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, except where the laws of your home country give you rights that cannot be waived.
